Requirements:
- Active Minnesota RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
- Ability to complete all required onboarding and facility documentation.
- Reliable transportation to facilities in the Winona area.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Complete assessments and document changes in residents’ conditions.
- Follow care plans and facility policies.
- Communicate with providers, residents, families, and facility staff.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in condition.
