Per Diem Medication-Trained CNA (TMA) — Wadena, MN

Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is hiring dependable, medication-trained Certified Nursing Assistants for flexible per diem shifts in Wadena, Minnesota.

Requirements:

Active Minnesota CNA certification.
Current TMA/medication administration certificate.
At least six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
Ability to complete required onboarding and facility documentation.
Reliable transportation to Wadena.
Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Administer medications within the approved TMA scope.
Record medication administration accurately.
