Med-Trained CNA / Medication Aide – Overnight Shift

Location: – Ely, Minnesota
Setting: Assisted Living
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | 8-hour overnight shifts

Prudential HealthCare Staffing is seeking experienced Med-Trained CNAs and Medication Aides for overnight assignments at Oxford Living Ely. Candidates must be dependable, experienced with medication administration in Minnesota, and comfortable working independently in an assisted-living environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Administer medications according to facility policies and Minnesota requirements.
Accurately document medication administration and resident care.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Respond promptly to resident needs during overnight hours.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Follow all facility policies, care plans, and infection-control procedures.

Requirements:

Active Minnesota CNA certification.
Active Minnesota TMA certification.
Current Minnesota medication-administration training or qualification.
Previous medication-passing experience in Minnesota.
Assisted-living or long-term-care experience preferred.
Clean attendance and employment record.
Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
Reliable transportation to Ely, Minnesota.
